What you are getting through — stock falls on its own between logs
Stock is never silently decremented on the server. It is projected from the last count you gave it and the daily rate — so opening this page on two devices cannot double-count a dose.
Budget
“Spent” counts only items you marked bought, and only ones carrying a price. Items bought without a price are counted separately rather than assumed to be free.
